      It’s unusual to find such a robust in-house creative team. Designers, photographers, writers, translators, and brand marketers work together on a daily basis. In addition to the traditional corporate design work, we support dozens of global brands. We develop brand identities and packaging, design editorial pieces and advertisements, and we create amazing booths and event graphics for our annual convention.

      Cons

      This is a fast-paced, high-performance team. If you are the type of designer that likes to take it easy and can’t handle the pressure of deadlines and important projects, this may not be a good fit for you. We work hard.

      Melaleuca is a company of noble values that celebrates honesty, hard work and ethical standards. Promotions are based on merit and a career path is available to anyone willing to work for it. For those of us whose children wish to return home to Idaho Falls after college, Melaleuca provides an unsurpassed opportunity to establish a career. One of my sons brought his applied statistics degree to Melaleuca and is now realizing his dream of living in the city he loves and having a job that challenges and rewards him. I can’t think of another company I would have spent nearly 24 years of my life.

      Mission Statement, employees are kind and want to help each other, work hard but also like to have a good time. There is a focus to help others become better.

      Have to wear slacks and nice shirt.
