Pros

Flexible, great products, company cares. If you are self-disciplined and down for the grind, then it could work for you.

Cons

It can be a challenge to keep customers long term. You have to constantly get people to shop the sight and recruit new customers and or build a team. The money minimum purchase can lead to build up of products for single people.

Cons

Low pay, they include the monthly product check into the pay scale, which isn’t bad, but I can’t buy groceries and gas at the melaleuca store
