Pros

-flexible schedule. Just hit your numbers and you choose your hours -great management. -Great coworkers -food in the end of the month

Cons

-Comissions for alarms system is under market average -processes and back end tasks when selling are not taken care buy customer service which wastes the time of sales reps since we are here to sell and not look up canadian dispatch numbers

On the production side of things, it is like a family. They do their best to work with their employees schedules. And they care for their employees.

Cons

If you work in a call center I've heard it has quite a different work environment. In the call center it is very hard to get time off.
