      Pros

      Fairly interesting work, lots of strategic analysis. Rarely work more than 40 hours. Very much lives up to the company values

      Cons

      Micromanagement, your success is measured based on time in a seat and face time and not actual output. Lots of downtime because sometimes project flow is slow. Low pay. No upward mobility (management has been there forever and isn’t going anywhere). High attrition in the finance department (no analyst stays more than 2 years). Little autonomy. Management is stuck in their ways and there is little room for change. Systems and technology is significantly behind modern standards
