Pros

You are able to learn valuable people skills and develop a strong motivational drive for success. As an employee you're able to see the benefit of the products and economical advantages the company has in each clients life. Fits well as a job while I'm attending college full-time.

Cons

A couple of cons that do tend to make working at Melaleuca somewhat undersirable are long month-end hours and lack of communication between management and floor associates

Pros

The family values supported by the company are one of the main benefits. The Executive Leadership has been consistent in make good judgments.

Cons

The agility the company maintains is perceived as lack of planning. There is a level of passive-aggressiveness within the middle ranks of the company that hinders individuals abilities to grow. Senior management still does a poor job of explaining the WHY behind questions.
