Best way to signup with Melaleuca is thru xnlife AND IT"S FREE to you until June 2014 Home base business opportunities that are ready and set up to run all do for you. All you need to do is recruit customers Take 4 min to check out two videos http://www.melaleuca.info/

Cons

The same time as starting promoting Melaleuca because thought I would get marketing exe that way but doing way better on melaleuca even though it is harder make customers join ?But I'm paying the cost of signup until June 2014

Pros

Nice work environment, IT dept allows compressed work weeks (allowing every other Friday off).

Cons

Very slow to change, salaries (at least for IT professionals is sub-par in my opinion)

Pros

The people that work at Melaleuca are the magic! That is how you get 27 years of growth and no layoffs! They are passionate, committed and treat others with the "Golden Rule". They offer good pay and great benefits, the Gym, Restaurant and Concierge service are great.

Cons

They need to get into their new building ASAP, it is too crowded. More holidays would also be nice.
