      Pros

      The workload was very tolerable. The hours in my group provided an actual opportunity to have work/life balance. Good benefits, especially for the location. There are a lot of good people there.

      Cons

      Maybe I was lucky or stupid - I chose to take people at their word - I worked when I had to, enjoyed perks like the gym. Some very paranoid feelings are top-down. Perks such as education were doled out like platinum, only to the elite approved people. Gossip was more important than facts. It was very hard to tell where you truly stood. If you were disliked by someone at the Junior Manager level, you didn't have a chance.

      Pros

      Pros to working for Melaleuca is that I can work from home with flexible hours. The products that Melaleuca manufactures are amazing. I have a brilliant business model to offer other entrepreneurial people and am always looking to train and include more partners. My business is recession proof since Melaleuca attracts anyone who brushes their teeth, washes their hair, or wants to live a longer more vibrant life.
