Celebration of success and performance helps keep a great eye on the goal of each department and encourages collaboration and support of team members. The company provides constant opportunities for feedback and gives great feedback to employees regularly. As a $2 billion plus company Melaleuca has vast opportunities for employee growth and advancement.

Cons

The winters are chilly, and the roads can get icy. Performance requires a lot of hard work. There's a lot of competition to advance. If you want a promotion, it takes extra effort to be in the running.
