      Pros

      They have 9 ground rules. They don't follow them. I am glad I finished school and moving forward. But it did pay for that.

      Cons

      Poor management, zero training, will never move up in the company. They do not follow their own policies. This place is full of yes men. If you see something is wrong you literally have to find the reference (OSHA, FDA). print it off and then in a few months (6+) it might get fixed. The pay is not competitive at all. HR's (if there is any around) conflicted resolution is take it up with supervisor. There in no way to report safety issues.
