Pros

Decent benefits beyond salary. I’ve been here for years and liked most people that I have worked with across multiple departments.

Cons

Upper management consists of several micro managers that ruin it for all the good ones. This influences the managers over the actual workers to be micro managers as well. My previous manager was amazing, but he got kicked out because he was too hands off for upper managements liking. Now that we had a micro manager in charge, our KPI’s have plummeted, but she finds a way to spin it to keep upper management happy. I get paid based on a 40-hour per week salary, but average 45-50 hours of actual work to keep up with the requests of my direct manager and our international employees.

Pros

Flexible, great products, company cares. If you are self-disciplined and down for the grind, then it could work for you.

Cons

It can be a challenge to keep customers long term. You have to constantly get people to shop the sight and recruit new customers and or build a team. The money minimum purchase can lead to build up of products for single people.
