Pros

It's an awesome place for someone fresh out of college to work. You get to learn how to build large systems and handle things like localization.

Cons

Management is a huge problem there. Middle management has little to no power to actually improve things because upper level management doesn't trust them. They bypass middle management all the time and talk directly to employees. Deadlines are always pushed too hard. You give them a realistic estimate and they either tell you it is too high or they tell you you have less time to get it done than you told them it would take. They don't try hard enough to retain employees. IT has almost completely turned over in 3 -5 years mostly because of poor compensation, lack of promotions, and bad culture. The director over software development does not care about his employees. He's on your team if it can benefit him but he won't be on your side when you really need him to be. The 401k is a joke. 2.5% if you put in 5%. 6 year vesting period.
