      You can build your career here. Melaleuca is very open to seeking and taking on new opportunities within the company and many people have. Melaleuca offers great benefits not just for employees but for their families. Melaleuca is family friendly and does not expect employees to be at work or on call 24/7. Gives generous bonuses to employees who stay and build their careers here.

      Fairly conservative in terms of messaging, marketing avenues, and technology.

      Melaleuca is a "Family" of hard-working employees! They truly want their employees and customers to succeed. Their mission statement is bold, and they live up to it. If you desire to push hard and want to make a difference, this is a wonderful place to work. If you are willing to dig deep, put in the time, push yourself out of your comfort zone, and are willing to pick up the hard projects; you will be recognized and rewarded. The longevity bonus for employee's is unmatched anywhere else. There are always promotions happening and new career opportunities opening.

      Often as an employee you will likely "wear a lot of different hats". Some might see this as a con, others will see this as an advantage and opportunity.

      Always room to grow, to take on new tasks and skills, and wear many different hats. You won't be pigeon-holed here. Management accommodates needs - great for a working parent. Excellent benefits Solid business. No layoffs. Smart, stable leadership. Bright future.

      Cons

      Fast-paced. Can be exciting but can also be demanding. Not really a con. Unless you are lazy. Idaho is cold! Remote/hybrid work is still not fully embraced.
