Pros

you get 90 points each month for melaleuca products

Cons

Management/Supervisors belittle and judgmental Never could ask for help and get a straight, confident answer to help members/customers graded on calls out of 30 points by at least 2 "coaches" that tell you, you can be doing better at your job IS NO WORTH $11.25/ HOUR!!!! management and supervisors make the job more stressful than it needs to be If you like to sit all day than this is your type of job depending on the hours you work your break is according to that, for instance you work 4 hours in a day, you get a 9 min break but if you use the entire 9 minutes it's "bad" and looked down upon. If you work a 7 hour day for "end of the month schedule", you get NO break... Honestly worth a higher pay for the work you do

Pros

Consistency, predictability in management, work environment is clean and pleasant, free products, company culture promotes accountability and honesty

Cons

Low pay (especially considering how intense the training you go through in B.D is and how many hats you wear), they say they prioritize promoting from within, but if you're trying to break into a different field/department and learn new skills they aren't going to take a chance on you unless you have a degree related to that field. (but if you have a degree chances are you can make more elsewhere so it's a catch-22) lots of outside hires. Supervisors are incentivized to nitpick with performance reviews because it doesn't look good to management if your team is actually meeting standards. 'Toxic improvism' is how I would describe it. There's nothing wrong with reaching a little higher, but at Melaleuca, goal-posts are shifted regularly especially when monetary compensation increases or incentives are involved. 'You just missed it by thaaaaattt much.' type of thing.
