Management for Software Development and Information Technology at Melaleuca is a good reference on what NOT to do

They have a really convenient fitness facility in the same building. Though they rarely offered official training, you get a lot of opportunity for hands on self-training. They have a clean work area and have decent hardware.

Cons

Lots of overtime (especially at month end and during customer events). Unbalanced ranking system that favors specific individuals, Unreasonible and unflexable deadlines.

Had some ok benefits. Gave free product samples. Had a nice summer picnic.

Cons

Very clicky, who's your friend or family? IT is a sweat shop environment, 50-80 hour week expected. Avoid!!!
