Free toys and a lot of down time.

Cons

No room for growth. Micromanage you all the way. Limited Resources We are still using MS office 2003 & some are using 97. What IT team. They will higher someone from outside instead of promoting someone within the company. (I've been here for 3 yrs now and no one in my office has been promoted.)

None at this time. Their reputation and good name is history.

Cons

Very unstable now. The new CEO guaranteed us all we weren't losing our jobs because of covid-19 but subsequently dismissed 85% of employees within 4 months.

Pros

We used to have a lot of issues of secrecy, lack of communication, strong beliefs that the way we’d always done things was the only way to do it, and no one was allowed to make decisions which slowed us down and was demotivating. The new CEO has introduced a totally new culture where we actually have transparency to our direction and how our business is doing - and our leaders are now trusting us to own and drive the change. It’s really energizing to be a part of a company in a moment where we are defining for ourselves the course we should be on.

Cons

Health insurance isn’t very good - sounds like the intention is to improve it, which will be a welcome change.
