      So Many Changes

      Pros

      With so many changes over the last 18 months I am happy/excited to growth in this company. In-Office has always been a must but with the changing of the guards and covid, work from home has become a reality that has proven to work for many. Directors allow people to make decisions and really own their department responsibilities without feeling micromanaged. Pay, Benefits, and room for growth are all now real things we can be happy about.

      Cons

      As with any changes, come many difficulties. The communication and understanding with new roles, expectations, etc is not 100% clear. We are all dealing with growing pains and its pretty frustrating at times but the hope is that once we are all aligned, this place will will flourish. We are all overworked at the moment but again, as the dust begins to settle, this should all settle as well.

      Pros

      Truly and amazing product line and brand to work on. A great place to work and be lots of changes going on but if you embrace the change you can and will succeed! Managements direction is clear and expectations are set. Great people in the organization that have been there a long time as well as new. Great collaboration.

      None that I would note.
