A paycheck in tough times

Cons

The negatives mentioned in other reviews are true. The owners have achieved great success and it is hard to understand why they are not more generous with their employees. I am writing this review so that others are not misled by the glowing positive ones.

Pros

They put on a show when you interview. Make you feel like they'll care at all about who you are.

Cons

It's just more lies. Management doesn'y follow through on promises, customer lists are far far far too long to be realistic, but they'll call you onto the carpet if you let a ball drop. 49 hour weeks are for the dogs.

Great training and it stops there...

The worst environment possible where you are pushed to the brink of insanity by being on the phone 9.5 hours a day w/only a 30 minute break. Management does not care about their employees, terrible insurance for a large company, no 401k or bonus potential. The high salary is just to get you in the door and then you are screwed for your life there and if you get a 2% raise for crushing your numbers, that's all you are going to get. Very clicky and full of backstabbers. Waste of my time/life
