      Allowed my to work and learn at a pace I was comfortable with and employees had a good sense of humor

      I really don't have any issues, there were a few times when work was slow

      Dedicated to keeping its employees working even when times are tough. Starting to diversify products to keep the company stable into the future. Pay is at the "Area Average"

      Cons

      Pay is at the area average when it used to be the area leader. Lack of skilled employees can be trying at times. Training needs to be addressed.
