Pros

-The kids are great -Easy enough schedule

Cons

Where do I begin: -YOU WILL GET INJURED. Management does not care. -Lack of support from management -UNDERSTAFFED -You will be punched, clawed, spat at, thrown feces and urine at you -Everyone is burnt out -Extremely high turnover rate -You ARE replaceable -Ultimately admin does not care for you even if they say it -Be prepared for permanent scars on your body, especially hands and face ALSO: most of their new hires are straight out of college and naive
