Pros

Cons

Vern Reinert the boss. The pay. They try to say you are paid at a LCSW rate while being unlicensed. They are $10,000 off from market rate. They don’t provide CEU budget. Management is horrible. He has a temper. He is a poor leader. He doesn’t know how to communicate. He hides things under the rug so he doesn’t have to manage them. He gaslights employees. The whole team under him is unhappy. If you care about yourself and your life, do not take this job. It isn’t worth it. At all.
