Working with people in need provides me with personal joy and fulfillment. Memorial Behavioral Health's Mobile Crisis team removes a barrier to treatment by meeting those in crisis where every they are. My role at Memorial allows me to work in my community creating real-time change. I have the opportunity to support so many people and create wonderful relationships with my colleagues and community.
Cons
It's a big system so keeping up with all the changes can be hard at times.
