You get a lot of option with your hours if you are part time or per diem. Everyone is very sweet and helpful.

Cons

Some days the hospital is very, very slow and that can make for a boring 8 hours.

Family centered facility. Great manager and co workers. Decent insurance

Cons

Staffing. Patient ratio. Charge nurse with 7 patients and having to tech for 4 of them often. Too much stress and liability. Advancement opportunities.
