Continuity of leadership team, weak local competition, and good investment in people.

Cons

Success over local competitor keeps the company financially healthy but blind to their problems to move the Health System forward. Many decisions are made to protect annual profitability via physician relations at the expense of real reform.

Great staff, poor management.

Decent pay, benefits, good clinical staff. Computer charting & order entry.

Cons

Understaffed. Indifferent upper management will not listen to needs of those "in the trenches". Difficult to provide decent patient care due to work load. Constantly being called to come in on days off due to understaffing. The image portrayed to the public is not the reality within.
