In general there are truly great caring people that work to serve patients. The top leadership of the organization is very good and is consistently working hard to communicate.

Cons

Too many demands on IS without a cohesive system-wide approach to the strategic plans of the entire organization rather than just functional areas.

plenty of orientation on the floor for new grads, lots of opportunities for lateral movement within the company, great coworkers

Cons

initial orientation to the company seemed excessively long, expected to work lots of overtime, many floors seem to have a fairly high turnover
