Management refuses to set organizational direction. Very fast paced. 100 things done well instead of 50 things done well

Quickly becoming a prison

Great older employees who still somehow managed to remain there, but being rapidly disposed of. A true family in which everyone loves each other.

Cons

Has been turned into a high pressure business. Lots of collateral damage.
