      Pros

      One of the best places I have worked . The co workers were all great, caring - It was like a family- The Administrator was fair and kind- something you don't see in this industry- There was also a lot of longevity in the healthcare organization

      The pay was not very good and there was some difficulty with accepting changes

      Pros

      Administration treated everyone with respect and provided a safe and clean work environment. Very family orientated and allowed some flexibility with schedules as needed. I had great health benefits including medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance. Also had 401k for retirement. Every department has a unique "family-like" culture!

      Cons

      Lower salary than comparable hospitals.
