      Pros

      My coworkers and doctors are the reason I stay at Memorial - I do love my job but would love it more with better pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Administration has too many hands in one pot, nothing seems to get fixed in a timely manner. Often at times, things get forgotten about. Lots of secrets, unfortunately. Poor pay and benefits (used to have BCBS insurance, but Memorial switched a couple years ago)
