Pros
Friendly Co-workers, manager, staff, team-like environment, decent pay for the job, clearly defined expectations, I feel like I'm doing something important and making a positive impact. There are great benefits and many discounts offered for things such as childcare, the cafeteria, and certain other places like QD scrubs for your work uniforms. They offer a lot of things to be auto-deducted from pay even a gym membership in the NOW building, and food from the cafeteria.
Cons
The food in the Riverwalk cafe (the cafeteria) is very pricey, even after the employee discount. Sometimes I feel overwhelmed with the amount of work if there are a lot of patient discharges, but the manager is very understanding and works with you.
