      Fair paying. Not the best

      Pros

      -switching to Epic. - allows 6 weeks vacation every year

      Cons

      - got rid of phlebotomy - not the best place to work - manager doesn’t care - workload 1:6 every other week - no cafeteria for night shift - Tecs does nothing and noone cares. Tecs disappears for 2 hour for lunch break. Get frequent call from telemetry to fix the leads or change battery. - wed to fill MDDR paper which doesn’t makes sense for nurses, it’s case manager work still nurses need to do. - low pay and more workload.
