      Decent benefits, Level 1 Trauma, decent pay

      Cons

      Management has no idea how to run a unit or build a team - from the VERY top of leadership in the “O” suite, down. They allow bullying and take part in it themselves. If you are not a “favorite” you will get bullied, tripled constantly (ICU), awful patient assignments. HR and upper leadership does nothing about any of this. Extremely high turnover rate for new people.
