      Physicians and staff make it difficult

      The pay is competitive and the bonus is attractive with the average for managers is 10% of the base salary. Senior Directors are very supportive and accessible.

      Cons

      Physician behavior at times if unmanaged can be difficult for morale of leaders and staff. Advancing at MH seems to be only for certain people.
