Decent pay and raises could be good. Depends from year to year.
Cons
Management and Human Resources. Entire department had complaints about a manager for 3 years and they did nothing about it until the doctors said something. Lost 11 employees over this manager. They just promoted her. She had already been moved out of two other management positions prior to at Memorial Hermann for being incompetent.
