      Great benefits like insurance and a certain amount of free therapy sessions. Organized work flows. Starting pay is higher compared to other companies.

      Medical field everywhere is short staffed and burnt out.

      Better pay than other hospitals, plenty of locations good management depending on the unit

      Cons

      Constant understaffing, unsafe patient ratios, benefits far worse than other systems, no protection for employees by the hospital when patients assault, sexually harass, or otherwise attack employees
