      Pros

      The system is well-known for the care it provides and its work in the community. The staff I worked with were amazing, and the pay was comparable to that offered in the surrounding area.

      Cons

      PTO and sick time are combined into one category. The company conducts surveys to assess management performance, but employee complaints are often overlooked. HR seems to prioritize management interests over those of the employees.
