      Cons

      It can be short staffed at times but I think that is true for all of healthcare.

      Pros

      Depending on how you work it could be a con, there is no management or leadership involved. Pay is decent, better if you work evening/nights.Benefits working there are pretty good.

      Cons

      Management for night shift is nonexistent. Some coworkers do not pull their weight and receive no consequences. Short staffed most of the time.Majority of staff is burnt out. The location I worked at made it difficult to transfer out.
