Pros

Competitive pay, management on my unit keeps me involved.

Cons

TMC location is very stressful at times and you are expected to go above and beyond for the hospital. There will always be staffing issues, unexpected changes, and certain obstacles that come with being a nurse in a Trauma 1 hospital.
