      If you want experience in a residential substance abuse co-occurring disorder facility, this is the place to get it. Supportive management

      Cons

      Too much work for one case manager to do. While the knowledge I learned was invaluable, it eventually led to some burnout as a therapist and case manager.

      Lots of grunt work, can be at times a little tedious and repetitive. You’re the low person on the totem pole as far as the surgical team is concerned.
