Pros
Great emphasis on customer service, comfortable atmosphere, most of my co-workers were good people who genuinely cared to go above and beyond to provide excellent care for all patients.
Cons
Depending on your supervisor/manager this job could either be great or the worst you've ever had. In this location seniority had preference and no matter how good of an employee you could not advance in the company unless they quit or transfer. The only other way to get ahead is brown-nose your way up. No matter how many quotas you meet, have no errors, help with other duties, provide excellent customer service, you will not advance in the company...
