      Pros

      Great company to work for. They are very organized and offers alot of benefits. They host a range of events for their employees, and encourage career growth. Anyone can advance easily if they choose to put in the time. They also offer tuition reimbursement as well as student loan repayment after 6 months of employment. Excellent leadership at my current location. The pay is decent, however, I am a "HAPPY" employee.

      Cafeteria food is too expensive. Can also increase the pay

      Large organization so it provides a wide range of opportunities - well known healthcare system in Texas

      Cons

      Very political and unfortunately performing well at job does not necessarily do you good. You can get stuck in your job as the management team fears having to replace you in your role
