      Pros

      Great preceptor program to train new nurses. Great benefits and working environment. I really enjoyed my time there and loved my coworkers.

      Cons

      The cons are very minimal. The break times are 30 minutes and sometimes you can't even take the entire 30 minutes because of time constraints.

      Pros

      Really good experience if you want to work in healthcare. Once you work here, you have pretty much signed your ticket anywhere

      Cons

      It is a tough place to work. Very busy all the time, and during most of my tenure there we were getting press ganey and patient satisfaction shoved down our throats

      Pros

      It is big hospital system spread and across Houston with instant name recognition.

      Cons

      If you are not a physician or clinical staff you are roundly ignored for the most part. It is also rare to get good raises or have any meaningful career progression. I would have expected better from them.
