      Pros

      the pros are that you make your own schedule based on your time frame. You have no one over your head everyday you are by yourself managing your day

      Cons

      the management in the department is not strong and they listen to the advice of other people in the department instead of their team and they do not make sound judgement decisions that are good for the company. Management is rude and has no management experience and does not know how to talk to their team and take the teams advice

      Pros

      Memorial Hermann by and large is a good company to work for. Each location offers different specific benefits, but the company wide ones aren't bad either. They offer annual gifts to every single employee (gym bags, blankets, etc) as well incentive and/or department bonuses.

      Cons

      The medical insurance, especially since this is a hospital, may leave a lot to be desired, especially for employees without children and/or spouses needing coverage.
