      Salary is negotiable, somewhat. Better pay with years of experience and college education. EMT as well.

      Cons

      One of the most stressful working environments that I have ever worked in. High stress! Poor staffing.

      Pros

      You will work with some of the best in the country. Memorial Hermann is a company that will respect you as an employee and may be a company that you will never have to leave as long as you demand your value because they will listen. Awesome 403b plan. Some of the best interdepartmental/inter institutional collaboration I have ever seen in healthcare.

      Cons

      Still runs on very old systems (for people who will work with data) Health benefits are only in network with Memorial Hermann providers (which can be ok because Memorial Hermann is everywhere but may push out your current PCP).
