      Pros

      Great work environment and teamwork! Memorial Hermann is an organization with great professional morals and really put the patients first. Provide growth opportunities.

      Cons

      Poor pay rates compared to other hospitals. Strict in terms of hospital policies and does not allow staff to waiver in this sense. Poor insurance plans for employees.

      Pros

      The company is delight to work for. I have been here for over 10 yrs. So, obviously something is keeping me here. Wonderful work staff and and the people seem like they care.

      Cons

      If you are looking to get promoted from within, stand clear. This may not apply to all departments but it appears that you have to be "on in the gang" from where I stand. Further, my department refuse to acknowledge past performance or even recent performance reviews in consideration for promotion. They would much rather hire someone they feel is "best suited" based not on performance, but who they know. Shameless...
