      Pros

      Great Opportunites in a city and a company that is growing exponentially. Room for growth and a solid patient centered mission. It's a place where what you do matters day to day no matter what your role!

      Cons

      System and Clinical Facilites are wide spread throughout Houston, so getting around can be a challenge. Corporate employees may not enjoy many other benfits on site as other industries such as oil and gas.

      Good business strategy; good clinical outcomes; Lots of job opportunities but difficult to get interviews for them for some reason

      Cons

      Very political environment, where some decisions are made based not on facts but who is involved; reason for so many job openings is very high turnover; benefits are not competitive

      Pros

      Memorial Hermann was a great company to work for. They really took care of their employees. I was so sad to leave. I had to gain the experience that I needed to get in the career I wanted to be in.

      Cons

      The only Cons I had was that when I graduated from College with my degree, no one wanted to give me the opportunity to prove to them that I was a fast learner. I had to go out of Memorial Hermann, in which I did not want to leave to obtain a position.
