Had good benefits, worked with some great people and they support continuing your education (as long as it benefits your current position.
Cons
good ole boys club, the only way to move up to management is to know someone in management. they will make sure that the shifts while they are working are covered, and 5 minutes till end of shift are out the door. had to call in sick once because my kid was throwing up. i got written up for it and when i came in to sign my write up my manager took the day off last minute to help her daughter shop for a house.
