      Pros

      Friendly environment, competitive pay, lots of overtime, good staffing ratios, so many patients and high level of care so you learn a lot quickly,

      Cons

      Lots of little continuing education/classes/computer tests etc. but that is the same at all hospitals. The medical ceneter can be a bit stressful to commute to. You have to pay for parking if you work day shift or park far away and take the train

      Large Healthcare organization, benefits are average to above average, like most hospitals it can be collaborative to a point.

      Cons

      Politics, positions filled without considering all potential employees (closed door on filling some positions), not as interested in education compared to St. Luke's or Methodist.

      Cronyism, take it or leave it attitude, very high turnaround rate. At least in my department.
