      Pros

      Good pay rate for nurses, decent attempts for shared governance. Working towards magnet status on those facilities that are not. Good experiences with employee health services

      Cons

      Both memorial hermann hospitals I have worked on have made drastic changes in management/directors of some of their units. It also happens that these were long time employees, hard to tell if the change was really needed or if this is another case were long-term company loyalty doesnt mean anything once you reach your cap...
