Pros
MHHS has a lot of different departments and offices that allow you to move around while staying within the organization. Potential for different job opportunities for some employees.
Cons
There was a lack of focus on professional development. You just needed to come in and do the job you were hired to do but not try and work with Management to grow. Opportunities were given to some, but not equitable for all.
