      Pros

      Memorial Hermann pays well for this position it is hard to find another hospital that pays well for a patient access rep. They care about the employees earning a higher degree and offer benefits to pay for school. The upper management is fair and all in all I enjoy my work environment. Raises are good

      Cons

      Sometimes It there can be work drama or favoritism in the departments or the nurses aren't good at teamwork
