      Pros

      Depends on your department, but overall management is very supportive and flexible. We are recognized for a job well done. My supervisor is the best I've ever had in my career.

      Cons

      Benefits aren't very good -- about average or below. Health insurance benefits aren't good, and we are a hospital system. HR does not appear to want to communicate with you.

      Strong focus on creating a great work environment. A lot of emphasis on supporting further education and career development. Plenty of opportunities to work in any part of Houston you need to.

      Cons

      Like any hospital, resources are tight and the work can be challenging.
